ChatGPT Plus & OpenAI Account Access Guidelines
Summary: Standard operating procedures for logging into ChatGPT Plus and accessing GPT-4o capabilities.
When signing into ChatGPT Plus on chatgpt.com or the official ChatGPT mobile app:
- Use the dedicated login email and password provided in your Member Hub.
- If prompted for a 2-factor authentication code or email login link, click Get Sign-in Code in your Member Hub to receive the direct verification link instantly.
- Do not change the account password or billing settings to maintain uninterrupted subscription coverage.
