1. General Service Terms

By placing an order on Master Streaming Zone (masterstreamingzone.com), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Master Streaming Zone provides digital access, subscription management, and assisted delivery for premium digital streaming, AI productivity tools, software, and VPN services in Bangladesh.

2. Digital Product Review & Compatibility

Customers must review all product specifications, subscription duration, access method (e.g., shared profile, dedicated VIP profile, private account), supported devices, and regional requirements before placing an order. Because digital credentials and capacity allocations are provisioned upon payment confirmation, failure to review plan details before purchase does not constitute grounds for immediate cancellation.

3. Digital Delivery & Order Fulfillment

All products are delivered 100% digitally through your Master Streaming Member Hub and order progress screen. No physical media or shipping is involved. Payment reconciliation is processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Cards). Delivery of in-stock digital subscriptions is automatic and instant 24/7. Custom-configured or assisted delivery plans are processed during official working hours (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Asia/Dhaka daily).

4. Warranty Coverage & Duration

Master Streaming Zone provides active warranty coverage for the exact duration of the purchased subscription plan (e.g., 30 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). If access credentials experience a technical failure or provider reset during the warranty period, Master Streaming Zone will repair or replace the access without additional charge in accordance with our Replacement Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Account Security

To preserve access integrity and prevent disruption to other customers on shared infrastructure, customers agree to the following rules:

• Do not attempt to change the registered email, account password, payment method, or billing preferences of shared accounts.
• Stream and log in only on your assigned physical profile and adhere to your purchased screen limit (1 screen at a time unless a multi-screen plan was purchased).
• Do not share, resell, or distribute provided credentials, PINs, or sign-in codes to unauthorized third parties.
• Use legitimate, direct internet connections. Unauthorized account modification or abuse of shared services voids the warranty immediately.

6. Service Maintenance & Provider Updates

Third-party streaming and software providers (e.g., Netflix, OpenAI, Disney, Amazon) periodically update their security, household verification, and access policies. Master Streaming Zone maintains automated code resolution and active maintenance infrastructure to adapt to provider changes. Operational notices and system advisories are published in the Notice Center.
