Netflix Smart TV & Household Verification Guidelines

Summary: Important update regarding Netflix Smart TV sign-in codes and household verification prompts for shared profiles.

Netflix has expanded household verification checks on Smart TVs and TV-connected streaming devices. If your TV displays "This TV isn't part of your Netflix Household" or requests a temporary sign-in code:

Select "I'm Traveling" or "Update Household" on your TV screen to generate the verification code.
Go to your Member Hub → Code Centre or Subscription Details and tap Get Sign-in Code.
The automated verification code will be retrieved in real time.

Mobile phones, tablets, and laptops are not affected by Smart TV household prompts and continue streaming normally without household codes.
